Customer Satisfaction Rated High In 2000

Pleasing patients is an important goal that resulted in an overall 98 percent Patient Satisfaction Rate at Clove Lakes for the year 2000.

While at Clove Lakes, patients indicated their high level of satisfaction answering positively to questions such as "Would you recommend Clove Lakes to your family members and/or friends," and "If necessary, would you use Clove Lakes again?"

The surveys are part of a multi-faceted approach to ensure patient satisfaction.  In addition to in-person and telephone opinion surveys, Clove Lakes uses monthly Patient and Resident Council Meetings, Focus Groups and an eight-member Rehabilitation Team approach to assure that patients receive the best care possible.

Recognizing the role that interpersonal issues play in patient care has been a major component of achieving high customer satisfaction.
