Please know how much I appreciate the wonderful staff on 4A and how well they cared for my aunt all of these years. They were always attentive to her needs, which fortunately were few, and they always laughed and joked with her and always let me know if anything was out of the ordinary. Carmela went very quickly – within a few days. During that time I contemplated putting her on hospice, but know in my heart that she was with people who loved her and cared for her so well, and knew that her last days should be spent with them.

I am so glad to be able to tell everyone of the very positive experience we had over all the past years. Thank you…and please extend my thanks to your wonderful staff.

I have now been a resident of Clove Lakes for the second time in the past year. I had my second hip replacement on 1/31/11and entered the home for rehabilitation on 1/16/11. Just as my first stay in July 2010 was pleasant, my second stay was just as memorable. I commend everyone on the 3^rd floor for all their patience and kindness.

My special thanks goes to my therapist who for the second time outdid herself. She is not only a superb therapist but also is one filled with compassion and understanding.

I am thankful to have good hearted people surrounding my mom every day. Not only does it make a difference in her day, but mine as well. Living a bit distant from SI, it is comforting to know that people are looking out for her best interest. As many days as I am there, I always appreciated when the staff takes the time to phone me if needed when I am not.

I feel it necessary to commend a few specific individuals that go above and beyond. But, that should not discount the wonderful job of all associated with the 6B team nor the consistent care of the entire staff of Clove Lakes.
